In a sermon delivered in Mandsaur during his ongoing visit to the city, His Holiness Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin, the leader of the Dawoodi Bohra community, highlighted the significance of energy and the pivotal role of women in society.
Drawing attention to the impressive landscape of windmill farms that cover the Mandsaur region, Syedna emphasised how harnessing the wind, an element of nature, is essential not only for sustainable development but also for the well-being of all creation.
Syedna further illustrated the importance of women’s empowerment by referencing Mandsaur's renowned cloth market. He drew a parallel between the threads of the cloth and women in society, who intricately stitch families and communities together. Addressing the women in attendance at the sermon, he urged them not to remain idle but to keep progressing and actively engaging in productive work that contributes to their personal and societal growth.
As highlighted in his recent sermon in Sunel, Syedna encouraged community members in Mandsaur to cultivate their arable land available in the region, which can lead to prosperity and sustainability for future generations.
Thousands of community members gathered in Mandsaur, including those who travelled from nearby towns and villages and the many who had come from abroad to attend Syedna’s sermon.
Syedna arrived in Mandsaur on Friday, September 27. During his visit, he led cultural programs, inaugurated the newly renovated Mohammedi Masjid, and graced a business expo. He also interacted with community members and inquired about their well-being.
