Covid Heroes: Saifee Ambulance

As the world continues to grapple with the Covid-19 pandemic, we pay tribute to those selfless heroes from within the community who went above and beyond the call of duty to assist their fellow citizens in their time of need. Among those heroes are the volunteers at Saifee Ambulance, who continue their fight against the pandemic by providing medical relief, food aid and emergency support. In partnership with @OzHarvest and Fair Food, #DawoodiBohra communities across #Australia and #NewZealand are supporting individuals and families facing food insecurity. Through food drives, freshly prepared meals and volunteering, 3 tonnes of dry rations have been distributed.

The @ProjectRiseDB volunteers of the #Detroit community packed and delivered 200 snack packs to CARES in Farmington Hills. After the delivery, parents and children stayed on to help pack school supplies for students heading back to class this year.
