Thousands of attendees visited the Labhganga Exhibition Center in Indore for the opening of the 3rd edition of Saifee Burhani Business Expo from the 12th to the 14th of January 2024. The leader of the Dawoodi Bohra community His Holiness Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin graced the opening of the expo online.
Syedna’s son Shahzada Husain Burhanuddin was present at the inauguration ceremony along with the Chief Guest Shri Kailash Vijayvargiya, Cabinet Minister, Madhya Pradesh alongside Mayor of Indore Shri Pushyamitra Bhargav and senior members of the community.
In his address to the audience, Shahzada Husain Burhanuddin emphasised following ethical trade and business practices. He applauded the organisers of the expo and highlighted the importance of hosting such exhibitions to promote new and established businesses.
At the expo, Cabinet Minister Shri Kailash Vijayvargiya said, “The Bohra community continues to make significant contributions to the development of this country. The community has always proved itself with its discipline and business skills. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji always says that the Bohra community has an incomparable contribution to India’s GDP. The community’s trade and business are working towards making our country self-reliant. Not only in India but in the whole world, the Bohra community has illuminated the name of India. The grandeur of this expo is a testament that it will make a significant contribution to the economy of Indore, Madhya Pradesh and India. Many many congratulations for its success.”
At the expo, Indore Mayor Shri Pushyamitra Bhargav expressed gratitude to the Dawoodi Bohra community for hosting the mega business expo in the city. He acknowledged the community’s love, dedication and contributions to various sectors, highlighting their business-minded approach.
Organised by the community’s Business Development Department, ‘Tijarat Raabehah’, the expo serves as a platform for Dawoodi Bohra entrepreneurs to connect, share knowledge, and cultivate strategic collaborations within varied business fields.
